Moreover, it incorporates the concept of winning without humiliating the opponent and knowing how to lose with no hard feelings or complaints. This concept encompasses all the intrinsic values present in the sport performed with a healthy sense of competition, a fair comparison by which we measure with others and, above all, with ourselves.
